Avacados to help lower BP

So what is with this great green Fruit, yes fruit. Why are avocados such a great thing and why should you be eating more of them .
Well here are just a few reasons why they are great for you and your your overall health.
Avocados are packed with vitamins, minerals, and essential fats that are vital for optimum health and well being in these dot com times.
Avocados provide more than 25 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins, and folic acid. Also containing a beta-sitosterol they help to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
They help balance cholesterol levels and help to prevent heart attacks and strokes. In one study of people with moderately high cholesterol levels, individuals who ate a diet high in avocados showed clear health improvements after seven days. Avocados have also been to aid in the regulation of blood pressure. Avocados are an excellent source of the amino acid lecithin which prevents liver overload, boosts memory and helps to balance weight.

The avocado pulp has also been shown to be both antibacterial and anti fungal, so it helps our immune systems fight off disease. Studies have also shown that avocado has properties to prevent breast cancer and especially oral cancer. Avocados have also been shown to help your body absorb more nutrients from other foods.

So add avacodos to a salad, have them as a dip.
